Fifteen years ago, five teenagers defeated the Dark One, a supernatural adversary that brought death and destruction to the entire planet. A secret organization had brought them together to be the Chosen Ones. Things seemingly went back to normal afterwards for everyone but them. On the 10th anniversary, one of the Chosen Ones dies. During the funeral, the remaining members discover that the Dark One's world never was never truly destroyed.
